re. unargued Bible references: verboten!
Re: verboten: I would think that the principle of “res ipsa loqitor” would be an exception to the rule forbidding unargued Bible references. Is the use of latin phrases without definition or application also forbidden?
Use of misspelled Latin phrases is encouraged. (snap!)
I knew I should have googled it before sending the message. Saying that, I was a little annoyed that I couldn’t change the font, because I think latin phrases (even if misspelled) always look better in italics. Indeed, I would contend that if the phrase had been italicised, misspellings, if any, (no admission) would have remained undetected.
