Air/Talkie Walkie
The Wierengas gave me some music vouchers for my pseudo-birthday, so i borrowed Tim’s scooter and went and bought Air’s new album Talkie Walkie. It comes with a bonus DVD with a twenty-minute documentary about them. And if there’s one kind of TV I like, it’s music docos. The album name apparently comes from the telepathic communication the two frenchies who make up the band experience while working together. I think that’s great. I’m having first my proper listen now.

hehe do they have that albumn out on vinyl?, might have to hunt it down. does it have cherry blossom girl on it? Airs the kind of albumn that needs to be transported on a scooter.

Back when i was 18 i used to hang out with Mike the Potter and funk enthusiast and Lance the furnature designer and classic car collector,
we went for a cruise in a british racing car green Jaguar XJ6 parked it up on the shore as dusk came down, opened all the doors and swum in the sea listening to Air moon safari, just the sea, view of the mountains, the Jag and sparkles of Air (i might make a short film on that)
