Gaylient no longer
VUW‘s student mag Salient is usually rubbish, but this current issue (#02) is a minter. It’s got some really good columns (especially Craig Cliff’s), isn’t all crass, and alerted me to that Project Aqua thang.

You have to admit though, the crassness of past issues has made you chuckle now and then, has it not? In particular, Yule Sukmeov’s letters. The ‘top five’ and those 5 Q’s to random students are nowhere near as funny as they used to be.
Actualy, I take that back because Yule is very dirty minded and I do not like that sort of filth…not one little bit!
I can’t recommend the crosswords enough. I spend much of my free time slaving away at them. Try and get more than 40 in Issues one and two. I dare you.
