Autoban
I realised on saturday that i hate car. except for road trips with good buddies. stuck in traffic, no chance of happening across friends or friendly strangers. petrol smell parking registration warrant of fitness repairs rust smoke noise. the freedom to see the world rush past on four TVs with broken remotes. the freedom to not feel the softness of the grass, or sunwarm concrete, or sticky asphalt. the one arm tan.

agreed. town sans cars is great. they should do it for my birthday every year.
hey yeah! down with Queen’s birthday weekend (long may her glorious reign continue), up with Everybody’s birthday weekend.
Maybe you could do with some tinted windows for that tan? I love mine. Anonymity at the traffic lights.
i despise anonymity of most all kinds
This kind of anonymity will preserve the upholstery, though.
