In case you’re interested (of course you are) the Star Princess is currently in harbour. It’s an unbelievably huge ship. Looks about twice the height of the Westpac Stadium. They have a webcam on the bridge, and today it’s pointed directly at our house:

We had it parked directly outside our building – like 120 metres away from where I sit.
Its twice the size of the Titanic, and 5 tons(apparently) shy of being the biggest in the world.

We saw it two weeks ago in Sydney Harbour! Waved to the people sipping champers on the deck on our way to the zoo, and watched the fireworks that night. ‘Tis indeed pretty darn large.
