In your CSS, try using ems instead of pixels when sizing bits of your layout. for (width: 36em). em is a sizing unit (about 16 pixels) that will scale when you change the text size. It’s very yayful.
So, what’s the story with the “IM filter” blog? It is linked into MSN messenger, or is it a cute layout on an otherwise ordinary blog that you and R post to?

i reckon its a fair bet matt didn’t use em’s becuase he likes narrow blocks of text. narrow in centimeteres, not numbers of letters.
