Inspired by an article Richard pointed me at, I counsel companies with vehicle fleets to consider purchasing or leasing hybrid cars. Toyota’s Prius apparently gets 55 mpg (23.5 km/l). Of course they’ll still crash into things and kill people quite a lot, but one step at a time, yo.
I tried to tell DOC but couldn’t find any useful email contacts on their very nice looking website.

Its not far off being valid XHTML, either.
Unfortunately, they didn’t have anything about the weed which I am fighting to keep out of my back garden.

i was wondering if someone cleverer than me could explain to me in a couple paragraphs the basic idea behind hybrids and how they get their good wholesome efficiency. i like free lunches but i do like to know who’s paying and how. i suppose i could do my own research, but what would be the point when there are hundreds of willing and ready people right here on this blog to do it for me :-) and of course, that way everyone benefits from it
