At the time he flatly refused, so I was surprised when I rang him yesterday and he agreed to go out for lunch and have a yarn. I’ll keep you posted here.

Ben, I haven’t finished reading/evaluating your reply but good on you for getting off your posteria and actualy doing something about it. And even more good on you for talking to him in person. I hope the Lord blesses you in that!
Barlow didn’t turn up today for lunch, and I waited half an hour. Benefit of the doubt: he’s sick or was very late. Doubt of the benefit: he’s too chicken. But I’ll persist.
If he does turn out to be a chicken, make sure you give him a good roasting when you talk to him.
Yeh, he sounds a bit feather brained. Make sure you carefully plan what you are going to say, don’t just wing it.
On the other hand, don’t put all your eggs in one basket – leave room for improvisation on the spot.

Whats wrong with what hugh barlow writes? If you don’t want to read what he is writting about then don’t read his articles! DUH!! Quit pickin on the guy cause he has an opinion. He came to school to talk about his articles, and it was REALLY GOOD!! He said 1 of the incentives to keep writting is because it annoys people and makes them THINK. Which y’all obviously don’t!
