I’m listening to Beck’s new album Guero for the first time just now. My first reaction is “O no, he’s back to being funny again.”
I liked him better when he was funny. I’m sure no one respects me now.
i like his old stuff better than his new stuff. having said this, i will reserve judgement on his new new stuff until i have had a proper listen. early indications are good though.
Thank goodness, I say. Nothing can beat the hilarity of Midnite Vulture‘s lyrics, or the bizarre mishmash endings on Odelay.
